Relational, Integral Psychotherapy
Grow at your own pace. I’ll walk alongside you.
Integrating mind, body, ancestry, community, and spirit into the healing process.
About
I am a Woman of Color & Latina Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee, shaped by growing up in a low-income, marginalized community and entering the mental health field at a young age. My clinical identity is grounded in integral and transpersonal psychology, which means I see healing as multilayered—psychological, somatic, cultural, ancestral, relational, and spiritual.
I bring a culturally responsive, decolonial lens to therapy. My lived experience as a first-generation daughter of immigrants guides my understanding of intergenerational resilience, bicultural stress, identity formation, and family systems. I hold space where clients can explore their stories safely, authentically, and with dignity.
I see therapy as a sacred space where psychological healing, emotional expression, cultural identity, and spiritual growth intersect. My work invites presence, curiosity, embodiment, and deep inner listening.
